AA sign of quality

RPC M&H Plastics has recently undergone its’ yearly British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Packaging Standards audit and as a result, has maintained its AA grade which is the highest rating currently available for an announced audit.

The audit covered all of the processes offered from their extensive London Road facility in Beccles. This includes the manufacture of bottles, closures, flexible tubes, and jars as well as the comprehensive decoration capability offered by M&H. In addition to the success of the audit, the inspector also drew special attention to the high hygiene levels of the manufacturing site, which is a specific point of pride for M&H due to the close working relationship within the food & beverage, healthcare, and personal care sectors.

BRC Global Standards is an internationally accepted quality auditing organisation that builds confidence in the supply chain. Their standards for packaging and packaging materials set the benchmark for good manufacturing practice and help provide assurance to our customers that M&H’s products are safe, legal, and of high quality.

The maintenance of the AA grade is a tribute to M&Hs long-standing attitude to self-improvement and product quality.

Joe Rahman, RPC M&H Plastics General Manager said,

“The AA BRC grade is a welcome retention to the strong accreditation portfolio that M&H Plastics holds.

We are constantly looking for means to improve our operation and see these yearly audits as a chance to take a step back in order to observe our processes and services from a third party perspective to discover how we can enhance any aspect of our offering. The audit is also a measure of the dedication, diligence, and commitment of the entire workforce to being best in class, resulting in something the whole company can take continued pride in achieving ”
