Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: PA to Divisional CEO/Beccles General Manager

Hours: 39 hours per week

Location: M&H Plastics, London Road, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 8TS

Job Purpose:

  • To assist the commercial departments with general administrative duties.
  • To input and maintain data on the company computer system.
  • To provide daily lunch break cover for Reception area

Responsibilities:

  • Synchronising data between the London Road and Ellough computer systems.
  • Creating customer price lists and updating price information.
  • Uploading customer invoices
  • Covering reception as required, including lunch breaks and assisting during holiday and sickness.
  • Daily distribution of post
  • Producing reports / basic Excel analysis as requested.
  • Assisting colleagues with requests for information.
  • General administrative duties.
  • The post holder may be required to perform duties other than those given in the job description.
