I have been afforded the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to lead safety and contribute to our company culture, as well as lead quality, and continuous improvement. I joined the Berry team in 2016 as the Printing Manager in Monroeville, Ohio, transferred to Tacoma, Washington as Plant Manager, have led a major transition project for one of our New Jersey facilities, and have filled a Director of Manufacturing Excellence role. I have just accepted a position as a Plant Manager in a larger facility and look forward to continuing to lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement. I am so humbled by the fact that I have been recognized and continue to get opportunities for advancement. I am so thankful to Berry leadership for investing and believing in me.

I started at Berry Tubex, in Aberdare Wales at 20 years old coming from the beauty sector. After 10 months of proving myself as an operator, I saw a posting for Cell Leader. Thankfully my efforts were recognized, and I was given the opportunity to become a Cell Leader in October 2018. I worked to be a good role model for others that were interested in doing the job.
I really enjoyed this role and it gave me confidence along with helping me to progress into the job I am in today, as the first female Production Supervisor in the history of Berry Aberdare. Being a supervisor is a challenging role, but my colleges are very supportive and continue to encourage me to step up the ladder again if the opportunity arises. I’m looking forward to what my future holds in the company

I began my career at Berry in 2010 as a Corporate Purchasing Agent. I quickly learned that Berry wasn’t just another employer – it was an organization that had values that aligned with mine, and a place that careers can be built. As a Purchasing Agent, then Supervisor, then Manager, I learned a culture of teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Berry provided opportunities to develop my skills in negotiation, understanding the total supply chain, leading teams, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes. I moved into a role as an Account Director for Consumer Packaging in 2016. In 2020, I transitioned to my previous position as Vice-President, Product Line Management for Closures, Bottles, & Specialties and then into my current role September of 2022. I’m passionate about building on my prior experience at Berry in procurement and commercial roles to support our world-class team of product managers and drive winning strategies for our diverse and exciting portfolio of products. After 11 years, I remain excited about all the possibilities Berry has to offer for our current and future talent!
